This API reads one SMS reply and answers with the intent. It uses the same request and response format as positiveintent.ai, so you can point your existing code at this URL and change nothing else.

Two answers are possible. interested_general means send this person to a sales rep. neutral means do not.
Step 2

Download 500 real messages

These are 500 replies from February 2023. A human already labelled every one of them, but the labels are not in the file.

Two columns: id and text. Please keep the id.
Step 3

Run the same 500 through positiveintent.ai

Use your own positiveintent.ai account. Then make a CSV with two columns, id and intent, and upload it below. The file can hold fewer than 500 rows if you want to try a small batch first.
